Scope

These terms govern the use of the application “mail-mcp”, built and operated by Lorenz Ueing, Lucerne, Switzerland.

mail-mcp is private software for its operator's own use. It is not offered, sold, or licensed to anyone, and it accepts no external users.

Permitted use

The application may be used only by its operator, and only to access email accounts he owns and has personally authorised. Any other use is not permitted.

No warranty

The application is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. No guarantee is made as to availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Automated handling of email may produce incorrect results, and the operator remains responsible for reviewing anything sent on his behalf.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, no liability is accepted for any loss or damage arising from use of this application, including but not limited to lost, misdirected, or unsent messages.

Access and termination

Authorisation may be withdrawn at any time — for Google accounts at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately ends the application's access to the account concerned. The operator may discontinue the application at any time and without notice.

Data

Handling of data accessed by the application is described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland.
